Blake Lively Turns Heads at Premiere
At a screening for her new movie The Private Lives Of Pippa Lee in New York, Blake Lively wore the kind of ensemble only she could get away with.

Only Blake Lively can wear an outfit like this.
It's as if she's heeded the call of one of our Round Table panelists, who has been distraught by the lack of Serena cleavage for the past several episodes.
She shows a lot more than cleavage in The Private Lives Of Pippa Lee, interestingly. We haven't seen it ourselves, but there's a Blake Lively nude scene.
“I think it’s uncomfortable, laying in strategically placed clothes taped on your body, in front of some strangers,” said Blake Lively of that part of the film.
Her co-star in it? Oscar winner Alan Arkin, 75.
“We’re all actors, we’re all professionals and we all understood what was happening. Everybody is uncomfortable with those scenes. You’re not going to be comfortable being half-naked in front of anyone. But, it was fine. It was short.”

I've seen pics of her from 2005/06 where her breast look exactly the same as now, I doubt she already had a boob job done at that young age. There are a lot of other ways to fake it ;)

They look fake, but she's had big boobs like forever. I haven't seen photos of her looking flat. Maybe there are ways to make your boobs look perky without a boob job. Maybe she has them taped lol

I don't mind for the fake boobs... but I don't like this outfit very much.
And I hate the earings she has been wearing lately. They are for old people... She should wear ones that hang. Those look like my grandma's which are clip on (or something like that). That, plus the hair, makes her look old in the face.

I think her body is hot, though her boobs do look fake and I still believe that they are.
She got a nose job when she was like 18 and her hair, though very lovely, doesn't appear to be naturally blond (unless for some odd reason she chooses to dye it lately to an icky brown color for the show). I wouldn't put a boob job past her.
However, I do think her body is prettier than her face. Sometimes her face is so pretty (like when her hair is really blond, it looks prettier), but other times she just looks awkward.
