It looked like Blair was saying it to Vanessa she was sitting next to Dan right? and Dan looked shocked when Blair said that en Jenny after that lost her appetite so maybe! it don't have to be following scene's but it looks like that
maybe it's maureen than she can force tripp to stay with her

they wouldn't make eleanor pregnant. that's boring and viewers wouldn't be interested in that whatsoever.
eleanor and cyrus hardly seem to be part of the show anymore. and the way blair's tone is, that wouldn't be to her mother.
gossip girl isn't a fan of making the younger people on the show pregnant like the OC did (teresa), so it's most likely maureen and not vanessa or serena.

Would i be bashed, at this point if i said that i love Tripp, Aaron Tveit, and this story line solely because it means more episodes with him in it? I sincerely hope she gets in the car because then it would mean another episode of this lovely man. Whereas if she goes with Nate Tripp will storm off in a huff and there'll be less Aaron all round :( PLEASE WRITERS DONT TAKE HIM AWAY!

I loved how Nate tells Serena that she can always count on him. Anyway IMO, Serena can make Nate feel so vulnerable and that is why i think she is the only girl that can truly break his heart and i dont know if its the character or maybe Chace Crawford's acting has stepped up a notch but he seems so natural and you can genuinely believe the heartbreak in him and that he truly loves Serena. Also the way Nate looks at Serena, is UNBELIEVABLE! He has never looked at another girl like the way he did at Serena. You can just feel the heartbreak and intesity in him.

my theories:
1) Serena is pregnant by Tripp and gets into an accident and loses the baby.
2) Serena has a pregnancy scare with Tripp, but she turns out not to be. This would be a nice parallel to "Thin Line Between Chuck & Nate" (S1E13) when Blair thinks she is pregnant and Serena tries to talk her through it.
3) Maureen is pregnant.
Originally I thought it might be Eleanor, but looking at this scene and the way Blair says it, I am guessing something more scandalous. Also the title is a VERY good hint that it could be Serena. So excited for Monday :)

the couple that might happen, the people in them as so similar:
a.) vanessa and dan - their both the smart people, into education people and there just similar
b.) serena and nate - both have been around(hahahahhahaha dont kill me but it's true) and both are quite lost.
c.) chuck and blair - there's nothing more to say then it's CHUCK BASS AND BLAIR!!!!!
also is possibly that serena will hurt herself purposly to meet her father whose a docter.

NOOOOO! I don't want Serena with Nate. I was always afraid this would happen. I do find her relationship with Tripp interesting though.
I think it's Blair's mom who is pregnant. Unfortunately I do not think it's a juicy pregnancy storyline.

yes, but then again, look at the table layout, (sorry if some1 has pointed this out b4) blair is on te same side as dan, vanessa, nate chuck and maureen. Serena is on the opposite side, so until we work out who else is sitting around serena, and if there are any others around serena,there is no safe bet. But yes, i here blairs mum has a surprise in store for her this episode, so maybe.....

I think it's Blairs mom thats pregnant after all she was in the books and it says in the description that Blair is trying to figure out what her moms been hiding.
