The identity of Gossip Girl is not known, however she always has some of the best quotes at the beginning and end, and sometimes plays a vital role in an episode by publishing the whereabouts, drama and private details of the lives of our favorite characters.
Gossip Girl is voiced by actress Kristen Bell.
