   WOW. Not since the whole Chuck gay kiss spoiler have I seen so many comments! I've got no prob w/ GG or S3 (still feelin' the love) I won't stick my nose in that debate. But it's been interesting....
   
   But, as to ratings I have to agree with other posters that in the age of online, itunes, youtube, hulu, etc. the ratings don't represent the real # of GG viewers. I 100% agree with the message: WATCH and recruit others to watch because obvs. higher ratings are NOT a bad thing. They are just not the only thing. The producers/CW execs "get it" when it comes to how their shows' demo views their programs. Also, GG is a valuable brand for the CW. It has other lucrative tie-ins, such as a brand new clothing line, Verizon, etc.

   I agree on your take on S and Carter, Whale Sweater.
   My soft spot for Chuck got the better of me and I was hating on them a bit after the last ep (I have a hard time with the "daddy's shoes" comment...and general nastiness from S-bringing up Blair/Elle...I stop my ranting lol)BUT, they are great together and finally S has someone who is on par with her (does anyone remember Aaron, or have we repressed that memory?)
   WOULD SOMEONE OFFER SEB STAN A SEASON REGULAR SPOT ALREADY?!

   I wonder if anyone will finally comment about Dan's new body?! I mean...geez, dude is suddenly cut. Lil' J should have said "Dan spends all of his time at the gym" instead of "pre-reading his college textbooks" in premiere. (I'm probably overthinking this but it bugs me!!) LOL

   I love CHAIR together in any form they take. I hope "I'm not Chuck Bass w/o you" sets the stage for this season in the way the "3 words, 8 letters" did last season. (i.e. this year they're together no matter what...standing by each other through anything....)

   I loved seeing CHAIR as a couple finally! Any awkwardness between them is born out of the SL, not them as a couple. "I'm not Chuck Bass without you." That's says it all right there.
   
   Love Serena/Carter chemistry. I love Carter's character and hope that he gets added as a series regular in the future. And Serena is interesting to me for the first time since the end of S1. (Not a fan of S2 Serena). Go Carena!!
   
   Shocked that there was no snarky reference to Dan's new muscles. (or did I miss it?) He's like twice the size as last season since Penn "got healthy" over the break. Me likey.

    Lily ADOPTED Chuck in S2=Lily is CHUCK's MOM legally
    If Chuck's MOM marries Lil J's DAD,
    THEN CHUCK AND LIL J ARE STEP BRO & SIS
    Of course, if Lily & Rufus break up again (talk about on again off again) then forget it....

    I actually LOVE the Carter/Serena (Sarter? Cerena?) pairing. Everyone thinks he's an ass, but if they can rehab Chuck's character, they can rehab anyone's character. Maybe we'll finally find out what happened in Santorini!!!
