1. MORE SEASON FINALLY SPOILERS!!!!

   Like I said in a previous thread - I'm totally expecting an ILY from C (the Chair fan reward, as promised), but with a whole "We can't be together" speech afterwards (due to whatever the GG blast is about).

   I also agree with whoever posted about next year's possible love triangle between Blair/Chuck/Vanessa - especially if B/V are roommates. I think that's what'll trigger B's eating disorder into full swing again. There's no way the writers are going to set up huge animosity between Blair and Vanessa, a disgusting connection between Chuck and Vanessa, and then NOT do something with it next year.

2. Two Things About the New Finale Promo

   All I have to say regarding the (likely) Jack/Blair liason is: Chuck/Vanessa.

   C has NOTHING to complain about - he bumped uglies with V - TWICE. If anyone should be pissed, it should be Blair. At least her indiscretion (whatever it might be with the elder Bass) was brought on by (hopefully one of the following):

   a) ignorance (she didn't know who he was),

   b) desperation (to get him to help find Chuck)

   c) outright frustration and stress (after being abandoned by C and her mother and her best friend - over the freakin' holidays, no less!)

   C's only defense is that he was irritated to find Nate and Blair hanging out together again - they weren't even *dating* yet, and he's already slamming B's arch-nemesis. So totally DOUCHEY!! He better just shut up, thank his lucky stars B's still trying to hook up with him, and tell her what he should have said from the beginning: ILY!

3. Acting Like What?

   Blair already knows about the Elle thing - she mentions it to Chuck during that scene where she's posed on the divan in her apartment and Carter comes out to kiss her on the cheek. She doesn't mention *specifics*, mind you, but she did know he'd been galavanting with whores at a gentleman's club.

   As for the Vanessa fling...I'm worried about getting a "Who knocked up V?" GG blast at some point in the future - now *that* would be a serious problem for C/B to overcome next season. I'm also hoping that the Jack/Blair storyline comes out next year to jam a wedge between my favourite couple - I need them angsty, casting longing glances at one another, and all but exploding with unresolved sexual tension, heh heh. >:)

4. 2.19 Canadians Watch it First Thread LOL

   Just wanted to weigh in ever so slightly on the Elle/Chuck/Blair thing that went down tonight...

   I covered my eyes during every. single. C/E scene (I had to - I was eating dinner at the time, and was afraid I'd vomit). I screamed at Chuck for apparently developing amnesia when it came to Blair - I mean, BRAZIL?! Honestly, Bass, how could you? And I, too, am guilty of growling at the thought of Blair being C's second choice.

   BUT! Remember Elle's parting words were something along the lines of, "You've got a good heart, go give it to someone who cares."

   And Chuck immediately goes to find Blair.  

   Also remember - Blair told him to piss off. He's just been doing what she asked him to do (she was justified, OBVIOUSLY, but C's likely felt unworthy of Queen B ever since) - so NOW, he's finally ready to try and make amends.

   Having that Gold-Digga-Nanny toy with C's emotions was definitely a good thing - it got him turned around, after all - and his new direction is NOT just a case of "Blair's only good now that Elle's gone", at least not IMO. ;)

   All in all, though, great ep. LOVED it when the play broke down and everyone was airing their own issues, and Dan's still trying to stay in character and salvage everything with a "What entertaining companions I have - Ha Ha!!" OMG - the hubby and I burst out laughing. Such a funny part. XD

   I'm definitely watching it again on the CW tomorrow...

6. Vanessa and Gentlemen club

   That was actually the funniest part of the entire episode for me. I usually don't give a rat's ass about N and V, but they were good tonight - especially when V got the delivery at the gallery! The look on her face was priceless!! XD

8. Ella murdered?

   She could be dead, and her involvement with the next couple of episodes could be flashbacks or memories from other people - especially since I (personally) think she was introduced to start the whole "secret behind Chuck's mother mystery" we were told about earlier this year, rather than become anything important to C.

   If she wasn't attractive, Chuck wouldn't have given this woman another thought, so she had to intrigue him enough to get him to start down this mysterious path his father started years ago...

   If she is still alive...meh. Not worried - B and C's time will come, and when it does, it'll be worth the wait. ;)
