It's got to be Blair!!! The producers should have realized by know that all the book fans (an accountable number) only watch the show in the vague, desperate hope that they'll get BN moments.

Small point, would an eleven year old even understand half the references?
I started reading Gossip Girl when I was 13 and it was just before I went into 8th Grade, this makes my next statement hyprocritical but I so wouldn't let anyone under high-school age watch it because as little as you believe it just 8th grade to Freshmen year you learn so much about sex and alcohol.
I don't think we can really say Gossip Girl is the best show to pick a role model from. But I would so pick Leighton, simply 'cause I'd kill for her hair.
Besides I think role models are stupid you should just be yourself.

I cried when Blair and Nate finally did it in the books. It actually meant something, unlike in the back of the limo. They changed Blair too much, she is supposed to be like book Serena but more maticulous (sp) and less impulsive. For me tv Blair is too extreme, she rushes between impulse and self-controling a bit too much and at the wrong times. I think there was enough drama in the books, that they should have just left Chuck to his pervy-gay ways.
It came out the 18th Aug in the UK, I got it yesterday! It made me so happy, I watched the pilot and wild brunch, so much Nate <3 Blair, it was happyful! And then I watched School Lies because it's my favourite. Still so much Blair <3 Nate!

Serena and Nate are all wrong, because Dan and Serena are so good together, plus Nate is just confused because of all the pot Chuck keeps giving him thus Chuck's EVIL plan to steal Blair was working, but NATE AND BLAIR!!!! If it doesn't happen I will be so sad, unless Chuck dies in some freak accident involving the monkey and Jenny getting her own back on him.
i just want Natie and Blair...
