Okay, I'm pretty sure Serena didn't take a knife and stab someone. Someone must have died while they were doing something (drugs? maybe the one who died overdosed?) and she blames herself for for the accident.
And I really hope she didn't actually sleep with that guy. Maybe she found about Dan and Georgina aka Sarah, and she just told him that she did to get back at him. Or she actually did do it. I was trying to tell by her eyes...it could be seen as her lying or as her just feeling awkward...Whatever it is, we will have to wait till next monday to find out.
And for who died? it was in her past, so we wouldn't/shouldn't know the person.

i think she slept with the guy from next episode i doubt she wud lie and say she did when she didnt...she was probabaly trying to deal with her issues by drinking and then the guy kinda took advantage of her...very serena thing to do

alright. i think we all have some sort of idea who serena killed, but until next week's episode, this predicition is the best that i can come up with.
i think serena actually killed georgina because she basically ruined serena's life that night. she outted erik in front of lily, got in between dan and serena and brought back a sex tape. plus, serena was just with georgina before she went over to blair's. its pretty possible.
