okei...I am addicted!! there is so many things right with this show it's scary!! I love DAN's character... i really hope Dan and S will get back together in the second season, coz their ROSS AND RACHEL..and i really don't want to watch 10 seasons just to see if Danerena is a couple again... well ,for the rest of the crowd... everyone is a must see... the whole lilly and RUFUS scenerio, CHUCK and blair that seems perfect, V and NATE...that did'nt last long, but lucky girl...and little J?...well can't wait to find out...
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE FASHION and it fits the gossipgirl profile perfectly--WELL DONE, well i am sure there will be alot of twists and turns...
so gossip girl writers bring the "it" couple back together and use and abuse the others!!

I was wondering if anyone would care to share their thoughts on what Dan meant when he said to Serena that he didn't sleep with Georgina, but that he may have well of...?
I mean, I can interpret that to some degree, but I was just curious to see what other people thought about it. Is Dan saying he and Georgina did everything but sex? Or he should have slept with her for revenge?
Just let me know. :D

I hate georgina, and i hope that she doesn't suceed with anything. No matter what happens i'll always believe that Blair and Nate, and Serena and Dan should be together. They are the best couples, and deserve each others happyness.

Well at least about Serena and Dan anyway. I'm really hoping that there is all this drama between them in S2, but that they do end up together.
It's weird, I mean, I actually want stuff to come between but stuff they can overcome. I was thinking the other day what it would be like if Serena was hit by a car (or Dan) or something, you know? Just to see what it would stir up.

Season 2 will be an absolute mess, leaving just about none of the fans happy with the outcomes.
None of the power couples we're familiar with will be together for at least the first four episodes. Just a guess.
I'm pretty bummed that Dan broke things off with Serena...I'm a lot like Dan and for whatever reason I drew unrealistic hope from their relationship. I know that I'm not going to end up dating a girl like Blake Lively, but it seemed like it might be within reach while they were together. I suppose we shall all have to wait and see.

I still can't get over the fact the Serena and Dan are over. It sucks big time because I think the couple are lovely. *Sigh* I guess all I can do is just wait and hope things change next season. I also would like Chair to happen; they would be really a hot couple.

I was totally confused when I first saw him saying that on the show, but after some serious youTube-ing, I think I sort of understand that comment.
I think what Dan meant that technically, he could have slept with Georgina because he didn't have any objetions to it, so it would have been morally okay for him. Just as thinking of sinning is like the act of sinning itself, there is no big diference once you have "commited" yourself to doing it. Does that sound to weird?
So, in Dan's case, he and G would have done it, but something minor - for example they couldn't find a condom or someone disturbed them - came in between, so they ended up not sleeping together, but not because they didn't want to. So that is basically the same thing as doing it - either way he cheated on Serena.
I hope that is somehow understandable..
