i tink this could be the character poppy form the books !!!!
i read somewhere she would be making an apperance to help build up the serena's new storyline which involves a new beau!!

Actually thats Poppy Lifton from "The Serena Also Rises" and she isn't a character from the books. Her hair is just shorter

I haven't liked the way that Poppy's new do has looked in previous photos or previews, but it looks rather nice here. I'm guessing S turned to PL because her & B haven't really patched things up since the whole play fiasco? S will be stealing her boyfriend, then going to jail for it ;D

Of course, better Poppy's than Blair's again... tho' prolly wouldn't be too hard to get Nate's heart wandering again...

It's funny to note that Poppy is so much alike with Paris Hilton. Like, PH just now went commando (no hair extensions), and now she is too. :)), Maybe she bases the character on her.
