I think the play is 'The Age of Innocence', based on the episode parody title. And that Blair is playing Ellen Olenska--the unconventional woman who wins Newland Archer (Dan?)'s heart. Serena might be playing May Welland--the typical girl Newland marries. I'm sure Blair would be revolted Dan's playing Newland; thus, this pic is shot during scenes.

It looks like they're doing a My Fair Lady play.... see how Blair is all dressed up in feathers and a fan, and how Dan is wearing a top hat...... Maybe its the Ascot scene, and Blair is Eliza Doolittle.
