it's bart bass, chucks the only one who looks deeply distraught and according to the picture of him and dan's fight, dan should feel guilty for exploiting bart in order to write a good story

By looking at the picture and reading y'alls comments I do feel that Bart is the one dead. PoOr Chuck :[ But honestly I wanted V to be one who dies. :/ I know some of you V lovers wont like this but I think all she has ever done was think she is better than everyone and ruin everything.

it's definitely bart! serena would be there because it's her step dad, her boyfriend would accompany her (aaron), and dan would be there since he is about to start "shadowing" bart (secretly exploiting him)-- which is probably why chuck goes crazy when dan shows up. and he probably yells at serena because she helped dan get in with bart.
