I agreed with you simone, Blair's word is for sure not fake. I swear the producers wanted her character to be a bitch not fake.
Blair is the best character on the show.

Um, no offense guys...but she is kind of fake. That's usually the way she manipulates people.
For example,
she acted fake around her dad during the Carr incident
and she acted fake with Rufus when she came to their house to tattle on Jenny's ditching.
She was also fake at the lunch with Cyrus, it's what she does to manipulate and trick people. Blair is totally fake, lol.

Fake is probably refering to her idealistic attitude that she herself cannot even live up to. She has high expectations for herself and others, but falls short time and time again. But i think she is very REAL in her efforts. I love Blair!

Some of you don't understand the meaning of fake. If Blair was so "real" she wouldn't put up a front to make people think she's not a bitch, like the beginning of season 1 to Serena, and to her teachers and the headmistress to keep herself from not getting expelled. You can see she hasn't really changed in that aspect. Maybe she has since her father confronted her about the Carr incident, but that remains to be seen.
Don't get me wrong I like Blair, but when some of you whine like prepubescent 11-year-olds to defend her, it makes me think some of you are obsessed and take things way to seriously.

"bitch" would have been the correct word to use.
