2 things 1) shes olding a headband-- almost like giving her the crown 2) it looks like the same headband and tights as when shes in the green coat kissing Chuck!!
Is that the headband she wears at prom?
i guess it is the same headband because she also wears the same shoes when she kisses chuck. those are some beautiful shoes, seriously.
I think Taylor Momsen shoul get her hair back to the way it was in Season1 it looked so pretty on her.
