the lady in this picture is not Leighton Meester! she's doesn't look like Blake either... she's just not pretty... she looks like a porn star or something. you have to remove this photo becuase she's not part of Gossip Girl... ASAP!

This is obviously not Leighton Meester, but not a porn star either. This is Maggie Grace
who was an actress on the TV show Lost. She also starred in the TV movie "12 Mile Road,"
