This reminds me of the scene from 2x03... Maybe it's because of B dressed in yellow or maybe it's her facial expression and Chuck's seemingly persistence... Either way take a look at this vid. I could totally see this pic happening in context with the end of the vid if Chuck had decided to pull Blair back

I completely agree with bubbles, CB must`ve been arguing or something and Chuck suddenly kisses her. That`s the first thing that came to my mind. Aww this scene is gonna be awesome (like all CB scenes are =D) *GAAAAHH* I cannot wait for CB in S3, they`re gonna be sooo AHH-MAZING!!

i have to wonder how you could kiss someone with that much passion and then the director yells cut and u just walk away? they need to be together in real life
