She does look a lot like Serena... Specially if you're looking from afar.
And I know it was said that (Joanna Garcia was her name?) the actress from Priviledged was gonna play this Bree girl, but blondie's dress does look a bit southern... plus, she's totally nate's type.
Or she might be his cousin, or Serena's and Eric's (or their stepsister from their dad's side, who knows xD)
