yes, V may not b as gorgeous, as important or as lovable like B or S. But she deserves to look pretty or sexy when she DOES REALLY IS PRETTY AND SEXY..
don't be too judgmental on V (.. that she MUST always have ugly hair and wears unmatched dress). She's a nice character even if it's kinda annoying in the first season and the role was never developed!

Jessica is amazingly gorgeous. She is definitely one of the best looking girls on the show.
