She must be FREEZING in that outfit. It was FRIGID today in NYC. I had planned on hanging around 54th and 3rd for a while, but it was so cold that I left after 15 minutes.

Don't care what everyone says, she looks beautiful in this picture. I love everything from the pale ringlets to the coral-coloured rosebud lips. And her fashion sense is TO DIE FOR!
