The girl is a tad pretty. Blake Lively showed off her amazing legs and ... well, every other feature outside of New York City's Ed Sullivan Theater, where she taped a segment for The Late Show with David Letterman Thursday.

Once we track down a clip of her interview we'll post it for you! In the meantime, just admire the photos ... a difficult request, we understand.

The actress and the rest of the Gossip Girl crew return to the CW with the show's season premiere, "Summer Kind of Wonderful," on Monday!

So says Madchen Amick.

The actress, who plays Nate Archibald’s mature, beautiful love interest on Gossip Girl, makes out with the handsome 23-year-old - and certainly causes plenty of drama in Monday's season premiere, "Summer Kind of Wonderful."

Luckily, she’s not above kissing and telling.

“Chace is a very good kisser,” Amick, 37, says. “If anyone gets the opportunity to kiss him ... he will not disappoint.”

It appears not, at least from the make-out scene in question.

The Season 2 premiere of Gossip Girl catches up with Nate and pals Serena (Blake Lively), Blair (Leighton Meester), Chuck (Ed Westwick), Dan (Penn Badgley) and Jenny (Taylor Momsen), at the end of the summer.

“[Nate] has been keeping busy having an affair with an older married woman,” Amick explains. “Things continue [with Nate], but she gets very intertwined with the other characters and there’s a lot that I’m not supposed to say.”

However, of her story arc, which she says will last four episodes, Madchen Amick will say that “she causes a lot of trouble.”

The actress, who has two teenagers, says her kids got to visit her on the set, but she didn’t let them watch her maul Crawford.

The much buzzed-about Season 2 premiere of Gossip Girl is less than a week away - Monday, September 1 at 8 p.m. EST.

For some of us, it feels like it never left.

The gang is all over New York shooting, and we've covered it for you with extensive Gossip Girl spoilers and photos all summer long.

Now it's time to let the show speak for itself.

For one, Ed Westwick, who plays bad boy Chuck Bass, told MTV that he's happy to be back at work, with new episodes airing soon.

"It's been great," Westwick said. "It's been intense, and we're very excited to get back on the air and get back out there."

"When you're working on it, and you're on the inside of it, you don't find yourself getting caught up in the buzz," Westwick added. "But we are aware of it, and it's fantastic. It makes us feel our work is a success."

Reading Michael Ausiello's column today in Entertainment Weekly, we came across this interesting Gossip Girl spoiler we thought we'd share ...

Q: Any Gossip Girl gossip?

A: Team Schwavage (Josh Schwartz-Stephanie Savage) is going to unveil a new lust interest for Serena van der Woodsen, and I hear he's loosely based on a dude named Aaron Rose from the Gossip Girl books. Don't read? Me neither! Thank God for Wikipedia, which describes Aaron as the "herb cigarette-smoking and vegan step-brother of Blair Waldorf and son of Cyrus Rose. He drives a red Saab, and had an un-requited crush on his stepsister, Blair. Later on he dated both Serena and Vanessa, and was accepted to Harvard University."

Interesting! While we doubt that Serena's love interest will be connected to Blair in this fashion in the TV series, it will be interesting to watch if he's at all like his book character. What does everyone else think?

Q: Loving the scoop on season two of Gossip Girl, but what is going on with Vanessa and Jenny? Clearly they are not chilling in the Hamptons!?

A: Jenny has been an intern for Blair's mom, Eleanor, and is clearly moving on up because she'll even make a surprise appearance at the infamous White Party (as discussed in full detail in Gossip Girl Insider's official recap of "Summer Kind of Wonderful"). As for Vanessa, a new, scandalous romance brewing, and a lot of people don't like it one bit. (Hint: older man.)

Q: What's going on with those hot boys on Gossip Girl?

A: Nate is still in financial trouble (thanks, Daddy!), but he gets a loan from a new friend to help cover the difference. And Chuck... well, Chuck will make you squeal like a 13-year-old girl (especially if you are a 13-year-old girl) when he gets close enough to a certain Upper East Side lady to swap spit with her. Yes, Chuck Bass is kissing someone, and we think you'll very much like who!

The young woman who approached the table by the window at the Pinkberry on Eighth Avenue and 18th street was nervous, breathless.

She was sorry to interrupt, and sorry to be a bother, she said. It was just that she just loved Taylor Momsen sooooo much.

The just-barely-15-year-old Momsen, who plays aspiring social queen bee Jenny Humphrey on the CW show Gossip Girl, gave the woman — who looked to be at least in her mid-20s, and was clutching a napkin and shaking like a whippet in winter — a warm, practiced smile and helped her locate a pen and piece of paper so she could sign the autograph on something suitable.

Taylor Momsen scribbled her name with a girlish flourish and offered a friendly wave goodbye as her fan skipped elatedly out the door.

It’s a regular occurrence now for a girl, who, over the summer, has become the obsession of a strange and ragged slice of New York.

Even as her co-stars have ascended the ladder of celebrity gossip-worthiness— the golden-locked goddess Blake Lively and the impressively sideburned Penn Badgley have had a very public romance, while the dandy-dressing, secretly English Ed Westwick has hardly been shy about his carousing — Momsen has emerged as the show’s true It Girl: admired, lusted after and, of course, scorned.
