If V is with Scott, then that leaves Nate to be with Jenny and Serena to be with Carter. Judging from the on set photos of Serena and Carter, I see the potential! V isn't a bad character, the writers just keep using her as a block for the good relationships that we all want badly. Most of the GG fans want Nate to be with Serena or Jenny and a lot of people want Chair together. The writers used V as a block to increase tension for these relationships. Once she has her own storyline, people will ease up and in general, V will get some more love.
Chuck and Blair belong together and I love them as much as the next person. However; with this being said, it must also be said that Chuck isn't working on being a better person so that he and B can get make it work together. In the last episode he is completely smitten with the nanny woman and B deserves to have her fun too. The writers would be absolutely insane not to put C & B together. It will happen. I think the Nate and Blair relationship will be the motivation that is necessary for C to realize he is in love with B. Besides this she is always waiting for him and she always is there for him. This puts them on more equal footing. It makes her more like Blair and less like Vanessa.
