no, i don't think something happened between jack and blair. the producers won't allow that. chair is in fact, the most loved couple in Gossip Girl. i don't think they will risk doing that. and i agree that the promos can be really misleading. remember episode 14's promo? blair said "i'm gonna go vomit" so people thought bliar bolemia problem came back but in the episode, she only said that because serena and dan are back together. and blair is madly inlove with chuck! she was really worried with chuck remember? i don't think jack and blair have a thing for each other.
