I don't think she got a nose job. If you look, her head is at different angles, PLUS the lighting is completely different, she has also aged more.

Ok, so Serena claims she killed someone, but I think, along with my best friend, that Georgina, framed Serena into thinking that she killed someone, when she never did, or Georgina did.

Or...It was one of those accidental killings, where they think that they actually killed the person.
