Chace Crawford has had the opportunity to kiss three of his female co-stars on Gossip Girl, but the 22-year-old actor has another in mind.

“I’m thinking Lily van der Woodsen,” Crawford jokingly said in an interview with Fuse TV, referring to the character played by Kelly Rutherford, the mother of the show’s lead female character, Serena.

“I’m eyeballing that. That would be great. The older woman.”

For those wondering who exactly Crawford plays in Gossip Girl, the actor appears as Nate Archibald, a teen heartthrob who is involved with Blair Waldorf (Leighton Meester) in an on-again-off-again relationship.

Nate is secretly smitten with Serena (Blake Lively), however. He has made his fair share of bad decisions, but “has a little bit of moral backbone.”

“It’s good to play that,” Crawford said. “[He is] so conflicted.”

Initially, Chace Crawford did not think much of Gossip Girl, admitting that when he first read the script, he thought it was just “typical teen stuff.”

“But after it’s been going along, there’s such a big ensemble cast, and everyone’s starting to develop,” he said. “More recently, the show’s kind of been getting its legs, getting more in-depth and [its] like a family on set, so it’s been really great.”

While Gossip Girl is Chace Crawford’s first TV series, he has appeared in a few film productions, including Loaded and The Covenant.

As always, Chace Crawford had fun (and looked hot).

Earlier this week, Chace partied at Marquee nightclub’s 4th Anniversary in NYC with none other than American Idol winner Carrie Underwood.

According to OK!, Chace snuck in a “bunch of kisses and cozied up next to [Carrie] all night.” Wonder if he’ll remain coy about their relationship.

Carrie Underwood and Chace Crawford, who have reportedly been dating since October, certainly looked every bit the happy couple as they laughed and danced at Marquee nightclub’s 4th Anniversary Party in New York City Thursday night.

Unfortunately, this was as close as celebrity photo agencies got to a picture of Chace and Carrie together.

The 22-year-old Gossip Girl star - who recently squirmed uncomfortably when Ellen DeGeneres flashed a picture of the couple - sipped Bud Light while cozying up with Carrie Underwood in a middle banquette.

The 24-year-old American Idol winner, who was wearing a jewel-embellished blue dress and knee-covering black boots slipped onto the dance floor with her beau, throwing her arms around his neck as they danced suggestively. Hot stuff!

Chace Crawford then headed back to his table with Carrie Underwood to watch the floor show, provided by performers in Oompa-Loompa costumes. They stayed there chatting until almost 2 a.m., when they headed out.

Gossip Girl star Chace Crawford and ice cream mascot Miss Maggie Moo donate gifts on Thursday to the Toys “R” Us Ultimate Toy Drive, a charity event benefiting the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation in New York City.

Yes, he’s dreamy. But Leighton Meester is shooting down talk of a real-life Gossip Girl romance with her, co-star Chace Crawford.

“For the record, not true!” Leighton told People at The Help Group’s Annual Teddy Bear Ball, where CW honcho Dawn Ostroff was being honored.

But Meester, 21, does admit that Crawford is one of her favorite costars.

“I’m really close to Chace,” Leighton said. “We’re really good friends. Along with Nicole Fiscella, who plays Isabel on the show. We’re all just really happy people. We have the same views on life.”

Leighton Meester says she and Chace Crawford aren’t an item.

There certainly were no visible sparks at the Teddy Bear bash. Crawford, 22, who has been linked to Carrie Underwood, sat next to Gossip Girl co-star Blake Lively, while Meester sat across the table.

This admission by Leighton Meester follows a story in yesterday’s New York Post suggesting Chace and Carrie had broken up, while Leighton and Chace Crawford were seen kissing off the set.

Blake Lively, for one, says she’s sick of all the, well, gossip.

“The biggest thing I’ve noticed is fans kind of want us to be our characters,” she said. “Like Leighton [dating] Chace, and me and Leighton hating each other. Those are our characters. That’s not us in real life.”
