Celebrity makeup artist Norman Sands made sure Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester looked fabulous for her front-row seat at the 3.1 Phillip Lim show during New York City's recent Fashion Week events.

Here's how you can emulate Leighton Meester's gorgeous looks ...

1. Apply Firming Foundation in Punjab around eyes and nose.
2. Dust Super Orgasm Blush on cheeks and forehead.
3. Build onto lid Single Eyeshadow in Cyprus, Blondie and Duo Eyeshadow in Elsa, finishing with Mascara in Bamboo.
4. Last but not least, apply Lip Liner Pencil in Fantasia and top with Lip Gloss Duo in Giza/Boogie Nights.
