Q: Do you have any news on Dan from Gossip Girl?

A: We hear he's getting ripped! Gossip Girl star Penn Badgley tells E! News that he's been working out, something that's going to appear on the show as well.

Penn says, "By the end of 10 months, when you've been shooting day in and day out, you look like a pale, malnourished Gollum. So, I just took the opportunity over the break to get healthy, and I'm going to maintain that."

Plus, all that extra muscle should help him juggle a number of ladies at the same time. Eh? Eh? Here's Penn's full interview with E! from the weekend ...

As we teased over the weekend, E! News hit the set of Gossip Girl in NYC and came back with delicious interviews with some of our favorite cast members.

Most notably Leighton Meester, talked Chuck and Blair ("Everything they do is a little bit naughty") and what the future holds for the show's hottest couple. She also talked a bit about what it's like for a Queen B to be at the bottom at NYU.

Fans can't get enough Gossip Girl gossip. Lucky for us, E! News got itself behind the scenes of Gossip Girl for an exclusive Season 3 sneak peek over the weekend.

In a two-minute video, we get a glimpse of a conversation with Blair and Georgina, as the former Upper East Side Queen B struggles with her new surroundings.

We're also treated to some insight from Michelle Trachtenberg and Penn Badgley about the future of their characters as we eagerly await the upcoming season.

A: We sure do. Thanks to Gossip Girl show runner Josh Schwartz, who says:

"Well, you know Georgina is coming back even though she is on Mercy. She is going to have a very unexpected roommate and a very unexpected love interest."

We've seen something like this before.

Last season, Leighton Meester was seen smooching two fellows on the Gossip Girl set on the same day. That was a bit of trickery to throw us off for the season finale, as we now know. Could today's Blake Lively photos be similar head games from the producers?

EXHIBIT A: Here's Blake kissing Penn Badgley, her real-life boyfriend and co-star. Everything we've read suggests Dan and Serena are broken up, but ...

This could just be them kissing in between takes, as we suggested the last time we saw what we thought was an on-set Derena embrace. But we sort of doubt it.

EXHIBIT B: Blake was also spotted smooching Sebastian Stan (Carter Baizen). We've heard Serena and Carter may become an item. It sure looks like it ...

For the first time this year, the weather is truly steamy in New York.

But for fan favorites Leighton Meester and Ed Westwick, turning up the heat on the set of Gossip Girl is nothing new. In fact, they've got it down to a science.

The couple filmed scenes for the hit show today as their alter egos Blair Waldorf and Chuck Bass, and the show's hottest couple gave us plenty to look forward to ...

CHAIR-ISH IT: Finally a couple after two years of pining for one another, Chuck and Blair look to be making up for lost time in the first few episodes of the third season.

In addition to Chair kissing, co-stars Blake Lively and Penn Badgley (a real-life couple even if Dan and Serena aren't) and guest Joanna Garcia were also seen on set.

We basically knew this, but it should help quash some of the rumors going around that Dan Humphrey is secretly gay or bisexual - not that there's anything wrong with that.

Q: Regarding the controversial hookup that Dan partakes in on Gossip Girl - is the show finally following the Gossip Girl books and exploring Dan's bisexuality?

A: That's a negative. His controversial hookup is with a girl.

A: The newest fabulous Upper East Sider, Olivia (Hilary Duff), likes that Dan doesn't recognize her as a famous movie star.

A: Jenny's going to have to defend her queen-dom against the mean girls. Makes sense. Mean girls don't usually surrender the spotlight so easily.

Q: Anything on Carter Baizen since Sebastian Stan's show Kings is kaput? Is he back on Gossip Girl? He's shady.

A: Shady Carter is going to be hooking up with Serena! Yes, Serena van der Woodsen and Carter Baizen are going to try to make a go of it in Season 3 of Gossip Girl. Forgive us if we're not optimistic about their long-term prospects.
