So Gossip Girl's Chuck Bass is kissing a boy, and he liked it.

Or not. Very much not.

According to the excerpts from E! Online's spoiler Q&A below, the Basshole's much-anticipated same-sex kiss is not doing his relationship much good.

On the plus side, it does not look like Blair is losing Chuck to the other team. Here's what the experts have to say about Chuck's dalliance and more:

Q: Can you please put the Chair fandom at ease and let us know that this Chuck "gay kiss" on Gossip Girl does not mean Chuck will be playing for both teams but is really just a scheme and will serve to bring Chair even closer at the end of it?

A: OK... so ... the good news for you Chuck-Blair fans is that Chuck is not really playing for both teams on Gossip Girl (in the books he's bisexual).

The bad news is that Chuck's gay kiss is not doing Chuck and Blair's relationship any favors. Why? Because Gossip Girl's resident crazy lady (that's Blair, just so we're clear) tricks Chuck into kissing that boy, and Chuck's pissed after the fact.

Don't panic, Chuck and Blair are not totally breaking up over this, but it does put a major kink in their relationship.

Q: What brings Vanessa's mum to New York on Gossip Girl?

A: Gina Torres is going to be on Gossip Girl - can you believe it? How is she introduced? Well, Vanessa finds out she is going to give the freshman toast at NYU and invites her mom. Mom, however, disapproves of Vanessa going to college (?!).

Yeah, apparently because Mr. and Mrs. Abrams are super-hippie, anti-establishment types. Awww, they're just mad she didn't go to Reed or Oberlin.

The CW has released this brief summary of the September 14 Season Three premiere of Gossip Girl, "Reversals of Fortune." We've read plenty of spoilers and gossip, but these details are the first to be officially released by the network so far.

As the summer is drawing to a close, Blair (Leighton Meester) and Chuck (Ed Westwick) are madly in love and adjusting to their new “in a relationship” status, breaking all the traditional rules of dating as would be expected.

Serena (Blake Lively) returns from her European adventure with many secrets to hide and a complicated relationship with Carter Baizen (guest star Sebastian Stan).

Nate (Chace Crawford) returns from his travels with a mysterious brunette, Bree Buckley (guest star JoAnna Garcia, pictured below) in tow.

Rufus (Matthew Settle), Dan (Penn Badgley) and Jenny (Taylor Momsen) spent the summer in the Hamptons, adjusting to the van der Woodsens' glamorous lifestyle surprisingly faster than any of them expected.

Jessica Szohr also stars.

J. Miller Tobin directed the episode written by Joshua Safran.

Michael Ausiello of Entertainment Weekly is a giant tease.

In his spoiler Q&A today, he references the scandalous Chuck kiss several times without revealing much at all. Then again, they have to leave us wanting more.

Former soap star Neal Bledsoe recently shot a guest appearance on Californication as Hank’s vampire-lit loving student. His episode airs on Sunday, October 4.

Not sure if he gets to first base with David Duchovny, but for the purposes of this story, let’s assume so. Also, Ed Westwick will be on Californication this season!

Gossip Girl minions are everywhere. Much like they assist the title character on the show we live, they give us the behind-the-scenes scoop with videos and photos.

Last night we posted some photos of a script page. The latest contribution? The video below of Penn Badgley and Hilary Duff were spotted on the set ... kissing!

Not that this comes as a huge shock, as we knew Dan and Olivia would make a romantic connection. But it's still cool to see it happening before it happens ...

We already knew about Chuck Bass' upcoming gay dalliance this season.

But thanks to celebrity gossip blogger Perez Hilton, we now have a script page confirming that Ed Westwick's hot character will in fact be kissing a male.

Perez's informant happened upon the Gossip Girl set today, where someone left a call sheet out for everyone to see and for the spy to take a picture of.

Gossip Girl herself would be proud of that sleuthing.

The show's call sheet appears to read as follows:

• Blair bursts in just as Ellis kisses Chuck

In addition to the gay rumors surrounding Chuck and the stylish summer fashions of the cast, one interesting lip-lock came to light thanks to the promotional photos released yesterday by the CW in advance of Gossip Girl's Season 3 premiere.

It looks like Gossip Girl's Carter Baizen (Sebastian Stan, who dates Leighton Meester in real life) is getting close to Blake Lively's Serena van der Woodsen.

Those of us who follow the behind-the-scenes photos from the set on a daily basis were not surprised to see this. But still, who is Carter Baizen, really?

From what we know of him through Seasons 1 and 2, he may not be the most reliable-seeming fellow, but even if you don't trust Carter, you'd better get used to him.

E! says he is a major figure in the first seven episodes of Season 3!

Moreover, while nothing's set in stone right now, it's likely that on top of the early-season run, he will recur heavily throughout the year in some capacity.

Spotted: Chuck Bass kissing someone other than Blair Waldorf ...

... and it's a guy.

Multiple Gossip Girl insiders tell EW that the show is currently filming an episode for Season Three in which Ed Westwick’s character kisses another man.

So who’s the infamous male?

Not Chace Crawford. Apologies to those whose minds went there.

The man in question is Neal Bledsoe (CSI: NY, Guiding Light), guest starring in the sixth episode this fall as Josh Ellis, NYU’s head of freshman affairs.

As Josh is in charge of selecting an incoming NYU student for the honor of delivering the freshman class speech, he’s "a person of interest" to Blair Waldorf.

In fact, young Waldorf is so determined to snag the high-profile position that she goes so far as to pimp out her boyfriend out to the gay guy in charge.

The catch? All Michael Ausiello teases right now is that there is one. And wait until you hear what Chuck Bass says to Blair following the same sex lip-lock.

It was only a matter of time before Gossip Girl played the possibly gay card with Chuck, who swung both ways in Cecily von Ziegesar’s Gossip Girl books.

Q: How is Michelle Trachtenberg going to juggle Gossip Girl and her new show Mercy?

A: Gossip Girl's Georgina Sparks herself says, "I can't even begin to guess what the writers have in store for me. I mean, Mercy is definitely something that will take a lot of time and will be spearheaded, so there will be a little bit of a combination of everything. The great news is that even if Georgina isn't in as many episodes as one would think... she kind of can't die ever. So she'll be in and out always."

Q: Anything you can tell about Olivia's new guy on Gossip Girl?

A: Olivia's (Hilary Duff) new guy is actually an old flame. Olivia first appears in episode four on Gossip Girl in this third season, and shortly thereafter we meet her ex-boyfriend, who's interested in getting back in her life.

What will go on in the dorm room of Blair Waldorf this fall?

That we'll have to wait and see come September 14. But TV Guide has given us a sneak preview of what our girl's NYU digs will look like. As you can see, with a framed Audrey Hepburn portrait and designer furniture, Blair is not your typical student.

How will the former Upper East Side Queen B fit in? Based on some of the Season 3 promos we've seen so far, not so well. We can't wait to watch it unfold.
