Gossip Girl stars Matthew Settle and Kelly Rutherford brought their little girls out for some early Hallowen fun at the Old Navy Pumpkin Patch in New York.

Looking at this photo, we can't help but think it'd be kinda cute if Rufus and Lily created some little half-siblings for Dan, Serena, Jenny and Eric. Right?

Making a late push for ugliest celebrity divorce in recent memory, Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford has been granted a temporary restraining order against her estranged husband the father of her two kids, Daniel Giersch.

She's accusing him of intimidating and threatening her nanny.

He was also being inflexible with his scheduled custody visits and stressing her out so much she's having a hard time breastfeeding, according to the actress.

In a lengthy declaration filed Thursday in Los Angeles Superior Court, Rutherford states that Giersch doesn't comply when she wants to take their 3-month-old daughter Helena to work with her so that she can nurse.

"From time to time I have some extra milk, but I never know when that will be... I believe that the stress Daniel has created for me is also negatively impacting my ability to produce milk," said the 40-year-old Kelly.

Giersch said in his own court filing Thursday that Kelly Rutherford is the one switching up visits on him and he has "concerns that Kelly, her caretakers, and Kelly's mother are causing immediate harm to [their] children."

But he's the one who's got to lie low for awhile - at least 100 yards away from Rutherford, Helena and their son Hermes, according to a judge.

A hearing on the matter is set for October 15. Rutherford was pregnant with Helena when she filed for divorce in January. She recently gave birth, and is currently on maternity leave from Gossip Girl.

Brace yourself for some serious mother-daughter cuteness.

The actress, who turns 41 in November, also has a two-year-old son, Hermes. Kelly recently said motherhood is "a little easier" the second time around.

She certainly looks to be enjoying herself. Here's hoping Rutherford's custody battles with estranged husband Daniel Giersch are ultimately resolved amicably.

This recent photo from the Gossip Girl set appears to show stars Matthew Settle and Kelly Rutherford embracing Chris Riggi, who plays Scott, the mysterious love child of Lily and Rufus (who they do not know is still alive as of the end of Season 2).

Is a family reunion in store on Gossip Girl?

While the plot line involving the mysterious love child Scott has already been developing for awhile, no one knows it! We don't know what to expect once his identity is revealed to the rest of the Gossip Girl characters we love. Should be very interesting.

Gossip Girl star Kelly Rutherford has settled her custody dispute with her estranged ex Daniel Giersch - at least until their next court date in April 2010.

The Gossip Girl matriarch filed for divorce in December 2008. The couple has two children together - one of whom was born less than two months ago.

Rutherford and Giersch had a heated battle over custody that nearly kept the actress who plays Lily van der Woodsen from filming scenes for Gossip Girl.

Settlement documents have been filed with the court.

Under the terms of the deal, Kelly and Daniel will temporarily relocate from California to New York while she films Gossip Girl - from July 30 through April 5.

She'll live in NYC while he will live in the Hamptons. Neither party is allowed to travel outside of New York or California without the agreement of the other.

The documents say both Daniel and Kelly will attend co-parenting counseling sessions. They will share joint legal and physical custody of the two kids.

Like mother, like daughter.

Rutherford, who plays Lively's on-screen mo,, just became a reallife mom for the second time only seven weeks ago when she gave birth to daughter Helena Grace.

This is the first time the two have seen each other since Rutherford left on maternity leave, and they look like things will pick up right where they left off!

But her volatile three-year marriage to the children's father, 36-year-old German businessman Daniel Giersch, was already at the breaking point.

When she was three months pregnant, Kelly, 40, made the heart-wrenching decision to leave her husband and have her second baby on her own.

Their daughter, Helena Grace, was born on June 8 in Los Angeles.

Kelly Rutherford is apparently worried that her ex, Daniel Giersch, might leave the country with the couple's two children, Hermes and Helena.

In their custody war, Rutherford and her estranged hubby have agreed he will ante up his visa and visa application to her lawyer within a week.

The documents don't say why this is happening, but the application itself is telling - it seems Giersch may have plans to leave the United States, smack in the middle of their ongoing fight over their two-year-old son and newborn daughter.

Intriguing, to say the least, and given the lengths these two have gone to in their ugly, public feud so far, we would not put it past the guy to try that.

Remember after Kelly Rutherford welcomed daughter Helena on Monday, and we expressed hope that she and her estranged ex, Daniel Giersch, could settle their differences amicably, for the good of their children if nothing else?

Doesn't look like that's gonna happen.

According to sources, Giersch learned of Helena's birth yesterday the same way we did - from celebrity gossip reports online. And he's far from pleased.

An insider says the birth came as a surprise to businessman Giersch, 36, who is currently in midst of a heated divorce with the Gossip Girl actress, 40.

Giersch had previously filed legal paperwork to be notified when Rutherford goes into labor, says the source. But apparently this did not take place.

The source tells the tabloids that "[Rutherford] failed to tell him and instead he found out this morning on the Internet. He was robbed of an opportunity to be at the hospital when his child is born. He is sad and disappointed."

After two years of marriage, Kelly Rutherford filed for divorce from Giersch in January - about a month after announcing she was pregnant with baby #2.

The two have since engaged in a brutal war of words over who is the better parent as they continue to fight for custody of their little son, Hermes, 2.

Again, maybe they'll find a way to stop the madness. We'll keep you updated, even though we wish there were nothing to report along these lines.

The Gossip Girl actress has given birth to a baby girl, Radar Online has learned.

Her daughter was born around 10 p.m. Monday evening in Los Angeles, Calif.

No name for the new baby girl has been released yet, but she's bound to be just as beautiful as her mom. She joins a two-year-old brother, Hermes.

The father of both children, and her soon-to-be ex, Daniel Giersch, was not present for the occasion. Kelly Rutherford filed for divorce from the German businessman just before the new year, noting "irreconcilable differences."

The two have been engaged in a tumultuous custody battle over Hermes since. We hope they can resolve things amicably for the good of the children.

Congrats again to Kelly on this special day, and cheers to Lily not having to wear trench coats and sweaters every episode. In summer. That was silly.

UPDATE: The little girl's name is Helena Grace Rutherford Giersch. Cute!
