Gossip Girl actress Leighton Meester is also an aspiring singer, as we know.

To that end, the good girl gone bad joined Weezer on stage during their Halloween concert at Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City on Halloween Night Saturday.

Leighton helped Rivers Cuomo sing Weezer’s new single “(If You’re Wondering if I Want You To) I Want You To.” Nat Wolff of the Naked Brothers Band also joined!

This is random, but we think you'll have fun with it anyway. We often debate the merits of Gossip Girl couples, but which real-life pairing is your favorite?

Not that there's a wrong answer, really.

You have to love the fact that three different pairs of co-stars are currently dating - and not dating who their Gossip Girl characters are (at least right now).

Blake Lively and Penn Badgley have been an item since way back when Dan and Serena were a thing. Ed Westwick and Jessica Szohr are a couple, as well.

Rounding out our survey are Leighton Meester and recurring guest star Sebastian Stan (Carter). All seem happy and more stable than their GG alter egos!

Gossip Girl is about to step up its love game.

On tonight's episode, Ed Westwick's Chuck Bass will start playing for the other team - or at least masquerade as such - and kiss a guy on the show.

No word on how much he'll like the gay kiss, but his on-screen love, Leighton Meester, divulges that her own Blair Waldorf may be the mastermind.

"Well, I guess that I can tell you some things," she told MTV on the set of the new music video for her duet with Robin Thicke, "Somebody to Love."

"No, it's not tied into the threesome. I think all of this is so everybody grabs their attention, and we are all in college now, so we can definitely push the limit a little more with the sexuality, which is fine by me."

"I sort of make the kiss happen. I can tell you that much, and that's it."

Leighton Meester previews tonight's Gossip Girl and beyond.

As if the latest steamy story lines on Gossip Girl weren't attention-grabbing enough, Lady Gaga will also be making an appearance later this season.

"I don't know what I can say, and what I can't," Meester said. "But it was really cool. It was very avant garde and kind of gothic, and she's pretty cool."

While Penn Badgley suggested last week that Gaga would have something to do with Dan Humphrey's storyline, Meester clarified that isn't exactly true:

"She just makes a cameo, and we talk about her for awhile," she said. "But, yeah, we all have a story line where we put on a cabaret with her songs."

"Other than that, you'll have to wait and see."

As we reported earlier in the week, Leighton Meester just released her new single "Somebody To Love," a collaboration with singer-songwriter Robin Thicke.

The awesome actress' previous foray into music, Gossip Girl fans probably all remember, was guest vocals on Cobra Starship's hit "Good Girls Go Bad."

Teaming up with the band was fun, but she's been in the studio, writing and recording her own stuff. Here's what she had to say in a Q&A with Buzznet:

Q: Do you have a morning bathroom routine? If so what does it entail from when you get out of bed until you are dressed for the day?

Leighton Meester: I do exactly what everyone does, my butler brings me breakfast in bed, and I get up when my massage is over. Obviously not the case, I wake up early usually but occasionally get days when I can sleep in, so by that time, it's unfortunate to say, I check my phone and emails.

Then I shower, clean my face with la roche posay and dr haushka products, chanel also makes a great foaming cleanser, brush my teeth, I decide what to wear, which is really fun because I have a huge, fairly organized closet, my apartment's best feature. If I have time I make a coffee. But I'm usually out the door within 30.

Q: Who was your first kiss? Details ... How old were you? Where were you?

Leighton Meester: I was 16, a guy I knew through friends from school, he was walking me home from the movies, and I honestly was so nervous and couldn't believe I was getting my first kiss, so I don't remember much else but turning around and running home. People would always play spin the bottle and truth or dare but I never went through with it when it was my turn because I didn't want that to be my first kiss.  My friend from middle school and I were talking about that recently, we were pretty much not interested in guys at that age.

Q: What do you have hanging on your walls in your bedroom? Posters? Artwork?

Leighton Meester: I have a beautiful oil painting my best friend/boyfriend had made for me.  He told the artist about me, my favorite colors and poetry and she painted a large very special abstract work I have hanging in my dining room. It came with a disc of the music she listened to while painting it.

Leighton Meester, scored a big hit in tandem with Cobra Starship on "Good Girls Go Bad" this summer. Now she's singing about finding "Somebody to Love."

The actress we know and love as Blair Waldorf, who is also an aspiring singer, debuted her new track this morning on Ryan Seacrest's KIIS-FM radio show.

"I really wanted to make something completely different," Leighton told Ryan. "I feel like it's dancey and fun, but still laid-back, relaxed, moody and sexy."

The track, which features Robin Thicke, is the first single off the Gossip Girl star's first album, which she hopes will be released by the end of the year.

The 2009 Emmy Awards Sunday evening did not feature our favorite show nominated in any major categories, but Chuck and Blair were named the TV's #1 hottest couple during E!'s Emmy pre-show at least. Goooo Chair!

Also, the Gossip Girl cast's two leading ladies were on hand for the festivities, looking totally fabulous on the red carpet as you might expect.

Which Gossip Girl star looked better at the 2009 Emmys?

Leighton Meester gave a cool interview with celebrity blog Just Jared at NYC's Fashion Week at the Mercedes-Benz Star Lounge on Wednesday.

Here’s what the 23-year-old Gossip Girl star revealed about fashion, TV and music after attending the 3.1 Phillip Lim show in the Big Apple:

Q: You’ve been attending a few fashion shows this week. When you see a look you like, do you put in a request?

Leighton Meester: Well, the other night, someone asked me how I dressed myself and I was, like, “My stylist dresses me” but I’d say it’s, like, 80-90 percent him and the rest is me because I’m very open-minded and we’re always on the same page - just very open-minded and it’s fun.

Q: You went to a fashion show with Rachel McAdams - how was that?

Leighton Meester: Altuzarra! Yeah, I met her and she was nice - [photographers] are always, like, “Can we take a picture together?” but I can’t even describe it. [Rachel] is so beautiful in person! Very nice, too.

Q: How was your Fashion’s Night Out at Bergdorf Goodman?

Leighton Meester: Yeah, I was working all day long and Alexandre Birman, the shoe designer, I’ve been wearing his shoes a lot - [Logan and I] discovered them and they’re really, really good! I’ve actually been wearing them on the show a lot also. He’s Brazilian and he’s so funny because he and his whole group are Brazilians are so warm and so nice and very sassy. And my stepmother and stepsisters are Brazilian - my dad’s married to a Brazilian woman.

Q: Do they speak Portuguese?

Leighton Meester: They speak Portuguese - I know, like, two words because my brother’s baby - he has three children and they’re highly encouraged to speak Spanish, so if I’m going to know any language, it’s going to be Spanish, not Portuguese… and Portuguese is difficult.

Combining fashion-forward looks and traditional elegance, Gossip Girl star Leighton Meester is considered by many to be a style icon for her generation.

But the 23-year-old beauty was surprisingly modest and self-conscious when asked about her fashion at the 3.1 Philip Lim show at Fashion Week in NYC.

“That’s a very nice thing to say,” a blushing Leighton Meester said when asked about her style icon status. “But I don’t ... I don’t know. It's not me.”

As for what she’d tell her fans about picking the right outfit, she keeps it simple: “I guess it’s just fun,” Leighton explained. “Just wear what you like.”

The Gossip Girl star went to Lim’s show for the second year in a row.

“It’s just very original and inspired and it’s feminine and beautiful,” she said. “I just saw a few little pieces backstage and I closed my eyes."

"I wanted it to be a surprise!”
